During a mentoring session regarding the business of fitness, a helpful piece of advice was given to me. It was about teaching, and I've been able to apply it in so many places. I was told that there are a lot of people that don't have the knowledge you have, and the way you explain something or share that knowledge can be unique and what actually helps someone with a concept.
